Reservation and Appointment

Situation 1: Call the receptionist to make reservation and appointment.

Mr. Lan: Good morning. Is this Radjiman Wedyodiningrat Hospital?

Receptionist: Good morning. Yes, sir. May I help you?

Mr. Lan: I would like to make a reservation and appointment. 

Receptionist: For when sir?

Mr. Lan: As soon as possible.

Receptionist: Got it, sir. May I know the purpose for making this appointment?

Mr. Lan: I want to check my healthiness. I experience some simptoms that have the same symptoms as COVID-19 Virus. I'm afraid that I have been experiencing coughs and colds that are getting worse every day, 2 days ago I also had a fever with temperatures reaching 35° C, lately I also often feel excessive fatigue even though I did not do heavy work.

Receptionist: Do you, by any chance, have a sore throat but also often respiratory problems?

Mr. Lan: I did coughing. Sometimes it's hurt when coughing. But I dont know and not so sure if it is sore. And I'am not sure if I have respiratory problem. I have asma, so I can't be sure if this is count as the symptom.

Receptionist: okay sir. You can come at the hospital this afternoon, in 4 pm. We'll waiting for you. And sir, may I know some information of your identity? I need it to fulfill the form.

Mr. Lan: ah, yes, yes. My name is Paul Lan. I live near Pt. Nurway steel in purwodadi. My phone number is 0123456789. Is there any other information you need?

Receptionist: Can you spell your name, sir? And can you give me your email adress, sir? I need it to give you the specific information of your appointment today as such the doctor, room, and others.

Mr. Lan: my email adress is fanlan.gusu@gmail.com and my name is P-a-u-l L-a-n.

Receptionist: okay thank you sir. More information will be send in 30 minute at most starting from your reservation.

Mr. Lan: yes, thank you.

Receptionist: see you later, sir. Have a good day.

Mr. Lan: good bye.

Situation 2: Meet the doctor and do the test.

Mr. Lan: Good afternoon, miss. I'am Paul Lan. I'am here for doing a check of coronavirus in my body. I already have an appointment with Dr. Kirana.

Miss Ayu: yes, yes. Welcome, sir. We have been waiting for you. Doctor is already stand by in the room. Let me take you there.

Miss Ayu: The doctor is waiting in this room.

Mr. Lan: Thank you.

Dr. Kirana: welcome. You must be Mr. Paul Lan, right? Please sit down in there.

Mr. Lan: yes, doctor. I'am Paul Lan. I'am here to do a body testing for coronavirus.

Dr. Kirana: I know, haha. I have recieve a report about your symptoms. Thats why I wore this clothes. And so the other staff you met before as well. It's been like this since two days before there is a patient that positive coronavirus.

Mr. Lan: I can understand that. Less people suffer corona is better, right? Anyway, what is the procedure of doing this test?

Dr. Kirana: You will first be examined in the laboratory and undergo chest x-ray, if the x-rays show problems in the lungs, then a throat swab will be continued. The results of this throat swab examination require quite a long time. You are advised to rest in your room while waiting for the test results to come out. If the result shows a positive corona sign, you will be transferred to the isolation room.

Mr. Lan: thanks for the information, doc.

Dr. Kirana: so let's start the test.
