How to make Balinese tempe
Indonesia is a coutry with a large number of cultures such a traditional dances, ceremony, clothes, and of course foods. Tempe is one of the famous food from indonesia and has a lot of benefit in it.
Balinesse tempe is one of traditional cuisine that can only found in indonesia. Some cooked with boiled egg, some not, some add fish. This dish have some steps to make it. First prepare the Balinesse spice, you can buy it in nearest shop, then onions, chili, tomato, flavoring and soy sauce. After that, mix those souce ingridiens with a blender or something similar. Then prepare the fried tempe. Fry the crushed seasoning and add the tempeh. At this step can also be added or replaced with other foods such as boiled eggs. Then drain it.
How to make Balinese tempe and egg
Main Ingredients:
- Tempe
- Boiled Egg
Seasoning:
- Chili
- Red and white onions (2 each)
- Tomato (1)
- Flavouring
- Balinesse seasoning
- Soy sauce
Steps:
- Mix all the seasoning in blender or something similar.
2. Fry the tempes and boil the eggs. Then fry the boiled eggs.

5. Add the fried tempe and the boiled eggs into the seasoning. Wait until the the seasoning penetrated.
6. Serve.
